Easter "Eggs"travaganza

Note to self....when dyeing Easter Eggs with small children, make sure you have a 1:1 ratio of children and adults.....otherwise hands, faces and clothes will be colorfully dyed and all of the eggs with either be cracked , half eaten or thrown :) Such an adventure!

The Oborns were kind enough to host such an adventure in their home....

Maci, Easton and Jax where all over the eggs....

Wyssa and Weila were content to peer out the window....

The aftermath....

Egg carton Flower painting

Intense concentration :)

Easter Lips....Maci style

My Easter Parfait.

Something big and furry stopped by the house while we were at Church.....

and left behind some special treats for all the loves in my life.

I thought that was pretty sweet.

For Maci Kae

For Daddy
(The Easter Bunny must know me well....he was pretty stingy with the treats....He/it/I left mostly almonds, dollar toys, books and fruit snacks)

(okay! In all honesty the sing-a-ma-jigs and lunch boxes are for Mommy...I just couldn't justify getting them for me.....I mean the Easter bunny couldn't justify it)

For Booly Bear...

All lined up and waiting for a surprise.....

(As a side note, the other Easter Bunny--there are two in our neck of the woods--left some pretty amazing boots for Mamma)

We had a fantastic Easter! It was so fun to spend time together and participate in all of the Holiday fun together.

Most of all I am so grateful for the Reason we have to celebrate.
