Every Wednesday Cara and I get together to break up the week. We started after Leila was born and I couldn't leave the house......We religiously watched America's Next Top Model. When the season ended we couldn't bear to give up "OUR" Wednesday nights. We get to be together, let the girls play, and somehow it makes it a lot easier to finish off the week ;)
Well, we thought we'd shake things up a bit. Actually, we might just have been sick of being stuck in the house with two crazy two year olds.....so we took them to Carl's Junior to play/wear themselves out (McDonald's was packed) and they happened to have a face painter there! It was great, she painted princess crowns on the girls and they LOVED it.
I don't know if they actually thought they were princesses....or if they even know what one is...but they were sure acting like it. All of the sudden they owned the place.
They took the salt and pepper shakers off the table and ran all around the restaurant with them....harmless right. Until I realized what they were actually doing......shaking salt and pepper EVERYWHERE! Cara said "put those back on the tables girls" and this is what we got......
Them shaking salt ON the table. On the shoes, all over the floor, on the chairs and in the playground. A couple of kids at another table were giggling while they're parents were glaring at us. Whoops.

Gotta love the winter, I too make a weekly appearance at a fast food playland, maybe I'll have to start changing my Fridays to Wednesdays and I'd get to see you! Cute girls, Kenya would fit right in! :)
Those little girlies crack me up, how fun that you and Cara live so close now and can do fun stuff all the time. I am jealous to be sure.
Love you lots, Merry Christmas!
How cute! I can't believe they stayed still for them to paint all that on. Max would've never allowed it!
