We threw a little party Saturday night....little did I know I was causing huge conflicts due to the BYU game....sorry! It was a lot of fun to celebrate with close friends and family! Maci was hilariously shy and unusually grumpy...
Thanks to everyone who came and played with us! We missed a lot of people, but what are you gonna do?! Maci Loves her Aunt Sara and kept begging "hode jew"...poor Sar has her own little ones to "hode" (hold), she is a good sport though!

I was really worried that the Elmo cake would taste gross....you know all that dyed frosting...so i made a 4 layer chocolate cake with homemade buttercream frosting for the big people....It looked good before it started melting.... cute little Easton was helping me take the candles out and somehow his hand found its way into the cake, I sent that half home with Sar...sneaky way to get cake....train your kid to mame it ;)
Presenting ELMO!! Maci was pretty excited when she saw it so that made all 3 attempts worth it! Poor little dude started melting before I got a good picture....
This is Brock...he is the most handsome kid! You can't see well but he had Elmo frosting ALL over his face and I couldn't resist taking a shot with him....since he seemed to appreciate my efforts ;)
I think all Maci ate was smarties and skittles....that's okay on Birthdays right?
Oh, and pizza, which she nibble by herself on the big toy while her little friends sat like normal kids at the table....
She loved opening her gifts but HATED the attention...she would be really excited then super shy once anyone said anything.

The Life of the party.... looks like fun huh :)
Every year on the girls' birthday Maama brings 'wishing balloons'....she makes a wish with the girls and then they send them off to heaven....cute! They love it!
