Last Hurrah....For Now...

One of my "Lifers" (friend for life whether she likes it or not) Sarah is moving away to Chicago to start out on a new adventure with her Hubby and 16 month old Noah! Sarah has been a huge blessing in my life since 7th grade....we've grown up together, made mistakes together, laughed, cried, worked together, taken hundreds of walks together.....you name it we've probably done it. She is one of those special friends who you NEVER have to pretend with. It's useless because she knows me too well and calls me on it ;) She is always there to listen. There is nothing more smile provoking than hearing her laugh or seeing her incredible bright smile.

She is the toughest chick I know! She is caring, loving yet sassy and determined. She is incredibly smart and funny and pretty much just gorgeous. We will miss her...but only for a few years. Or else, Adam will be in big trouble! I am so jealous of her opportunity to "get out".... to experience new things, live in a big city, make new friends and um.....shop!

My other amazing "Lifer" Sara (so, I have a thing for sara/h's) had the chance to leave the kiddos and hubby's and celebrate our friendships for a night.... So needed and sooooo much fun. These are my girls, my sisters and like I said....they are stuck with me for not just life but eternity.
We started out our night of freedom at our favorite place to eat....The Palace, also known as Plates & Palates. We took our delicious meals to the park and chatted like 8th graders for a bit.

Goofed off for a bit and took some super creative, super mature and super freakin cute pictures!

What is a G.N.O without a treat?!? We had to make an appearance at Yogurt Stop ;) It was heavenly. Just sayin.

This egg may or may not have been a casualty of Sara's detest.....poor thing....never had a chance.

We even had time to spoil ourselves with a little Pedi....A MUCH needed pedi on my part...can't speak for the Sar's....even if their heel shavings seemed to agree ;)

We drove safely, abiding by all traffic laws and posted speed limits.......tried anyway. There was only one Officer who objected. Not a fan of his.
Thanks Hubbies, in-laws and babies for letting have this chance to just be girls for a few hours! I'll never forget it and can't wait for many more to come! I love you guys.....thanks for being my "Lifers"!!
