Back to the same old....and Lovin' it!

I finally feel like my life is starting to fall back into place....it has been in upheaval since mid-december! Even though Tan has had to start traveling again....at least it is consistent ;) I apologize in advance for the horrible pictures....my camera is of poor quality and no matter what I do the majority of my pictures are blurry. It is ridiculous. Nonetheless, try to imagine what they should look like ;) I am embarassed to admit that I have been to Yogurt Stop 3 times in the last 5 days.....yet I am so happy about it. Try not to salivate on your keyboard as I describe my latest temptation/creation of deliciousness..... graham cracker crust, tart yogurt, fresh strawberries, granola, strawberry yogurt, more fresh strawberries and a drizzle of carmel on top.....yes, that is the second to largest size. No, I can't eat all of it. Yes, it is wasteful. No, I don't feel bad....satisfying my eyes is just as fun!!

Of course, what is good yogurt without good company? My Fantastic Cousin Lauren came to visit from the D.C. area all last week ( I was so spoiled to get her for almost 5 whole days!!) where they have no such heavenly place as this Yogurt Stop. She was totally hooked. Mom and Han and Maci don't look too dissapointed either.

On Monday, My Aunt-in-Law Jen (don't care if that is really a term, but that's what she is) invited all of the Sorensen women up to her salon in Liberty for a day of Haircuts, nails, makeup, good conversation and of course more food ;) It was a blast!! We spent almost 6 hours there and had to pry ourselves away when it was time to leave. Jen is soooo talented and generous with her time and skills, Thank you!

Maci's new thing these last couple of weeks (besides pooping on the living room rug and breaking the washing machine) is going through my drawers and well....you can see what. She specializes in wrapping anything resembling a scarf around her neck and she'll just walk around the house like that for a good 30 minutes.... before I took this she had 3 bras on (both straps over her shoulders) and my tights wrapped around her neck. I couldn't stop laughing.

We had a last minute playdate with some friends last week and it was really fun to watch the kiddos get used to eachother and then finally start playing with eachother right as it was time to go....Haley and Maci sat in these to chairs and just stared at eachoether for a few minutes... smiling and giggling like nobody had ever sat in a chair before them.

Then they would get up and switch...kids are so wierd!

Maci finally has enough hair to do a little "pony spout".... I hate when she takes it out, she thinks it is hilarious. This is the result that won't be flattened without some serious wetting action. Ha Ha Schwimp.

Lauren and I went to visit our Grandpa Cahoon and wish him a Happy Birthday... he is 92 years old....he is incredible. He acts like a 50 year old. Still takes cruises, goes on dates, takes his grandkids to dinner, remembers each of our birthday and most of the time remembers our spouses names too! He really is a great man and it was fun to catch up with him ;)

Lo's good friend Brittney Sulser Peterson met us for lunch at Pei Wei and we had some good laughs....she is such a cutie. Hopefully she makes it back from Peru safely so she can give us the low down and Tan and I can get an idea on where to start planning our trip next spring!

I am so thankful for my life. It is so fragile and precious. It gets too easy for me to get caught up in the business and stress. I love when I get to enjoy moments with friends and family....and when I get to reflect on all that I am blessed with. Despite the rough times, Life really is beautiful.

Holy never ending post! But I loved it! I was laughing so hard when you talked about Maci putting your bras on. Max does it too. He loves walking around the house with anything of mine.. socks, sweaters, Gs, draped over his shoulders. It's hilarious. Is yogurt stop that place in Bountiful? Looks seriously delishmush.
