That I would Be Good

This is one of my favorite songs and it has been stuck in my head all day! When I came across it a few years ago, it really made me think about my priorities and what was important to me.... it was one of those songs that "spoke" to me..... am I crazy or does that happen to other people? Anyway , I thought I'd share it:

that I would be good even if I did nothing
that I would be good even if I got a thumbs down
that I would be good if I got and stayed sick
that I would be good even if I gained ten pounds
that I would be fine even if I went bankrupt
that i would be good if I lost my hair and my youth
that i would be great if I was no longer queen
that I would be grand if I was not all knowing
that I would be loved even when i numb myself
that I would be good even when I am overwhelmed
that I would be loved even when I was fuming
that I would be good even if I was clingy
that I would be good even if I lost sanity
that I would be good
whether with or without you

I really like that song, Kristin. Alanis Morisette, huh? Wow. Great song, though, for real.

So how is being married to a celebrity? Ben was on his way into work on the metro today here in D.C. and there was an article about a Tanner Bell starting a race here. Why don't you guys come out and run it with us(us being me, unless you can turn Ben into a runner). If Tanner needs a place to stay when he is doing business, we would love to have him!

So- you are going to laugh. Do you want to know what speaks to me? GATORADE COMMERCIALS... oh well. I think I like colorful, sugary drinks. They make me want to go do something crazy, like jump rope for 7 hours straight!

Glad that your inspiration is much more inspiring than mine!!
