25.....Stayin Alive!

Ok, so you'll have to bear with me..... all of my pictures are out of order and there are quite a few..... But it was such a great day I wanted to share as much of it as I could. The captions don't necessarily go with the pictures..sorry.
The first day of being 25 started out with a great breakfast outing to "No Worries Cafe" up parley's canyon with Gramma Cathy and Maci. It was a blast!! There is no better way to start the day than with a sugar overload provided by my very favorite.....PANCAKES! They were so good, and the company was even better.

After breakfast I was treated to a lovely pedicure by a wonderful friend. I am extremely ticklish so it was fairly uncomfortable and dang funny. It is really difficult to have a bad time when your with Sara! She is such a sweetheart.....and she is just as immature as I am so we ALWAYS have a good time. After soaking our feet for '20 minutes'; which is japanese for 2 1/2 hours, we went to Boston's for lunch. It was pretty good food, great conversation and lots of laughing!
After lunch, Maci and I hung out with my Mom and sisters for a bit until Tanner came to pick me up for dinner. He is the Greatest!! He showed up with 25 pink roses and took me to the Cheesecake Factory... I had no idea that we even had one in Utah until a few days before, it is my Favorite!!! He surprised me by inviting a bunch of friends to come too. Well it turned out that it was a 3 hour wait for a table....and yes we waited. I felt horrible about it! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for waiting with me you guys, i'm sorry Tanner wouldn't let us just eat somewhere else ;)

We talked the Love Sac store into letting us lounge around and watch a movie while we were waiting...it was great! By the time we actually got seated it was almost 9pm! (do I have good friends or what?!)
Unfortunately, not all our friends could join us but it was so fun to be with the Goghs, Hills and Oborns....I had a great time anyway. Maci and Max spent the evening gazing into eachother's eyes....okay sleeping in front of eachother. Easton entertained us all with his incredible smile and musical spoon skills. He sucked on all 9 spoons at the table and promptly threw them all on the floor after banging them on the table. Fun stuff and super food. All in all it was a wonderful day!! Eventhough i am getting old and wrinklier than I should be and am truly so blessed with a beautiful family, amazing friends and exciting opportunities. Life is good.
